Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. The item must also be in the original packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items:
    Due to the personal nature of skincare products, certain items such as opened or used products are not eligible for returns. 

  • Return Process:
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds (if applicable):
    In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

  • Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges
