1. Shipping Locations

We offer domestic and international shipping to the following regions:

  • Domestic Shipping: Available across India.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Please check at checkout to see if your location is eligible.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all Prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders [₹150/per order] applies.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary depending on the destination country and the size of your order. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

3. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 12-15 business days (depending on location)

Please be aware that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing for international orders or unexpected delays.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at hey@mazariskincare.com.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. For international orders, customs regulations may restrict certain products from being shipped to specific countries.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Mazari Skin Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or courier service issues. If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us at hey@mazariskincare.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Mazari Skin Care is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hey@mazariskincare.com, and we will do our best to update your information before your order is dispatched.
